With a Sole Selling Rights contract you can still advertise your property on ChoiceHomes.co.uk but your Agent is the only ‘person’ or ‘agency’ with the right to sell your property, and as a result they are entitled to their commission fee whether you find a buyer yourself or not. We would suggest asking your Agent to market your property on ChoiceHomes.co.uk on your behalf – this way you don’t have to fork out for one of our advertising packages and then have to pay commissions on top!
