Can I advertise my homeschool class to HF?
• No. Outside businesses may not advertise directly to HF. Many individuals are beginning programs for homeschoolers and charging tuition. These are businesses, even if the person teaching the class is a homeschooler. • Members of HF can advertise their used curriculum for sale to other members. Members can also post requests for materials. HF members can share information about homeschool classes they are participating in. However, advertisements for homeschool classes should not be posted to the online group. May I advertise my political cause/candidate to HF? • No. May I advertise my business or church activity for youths to HF? • Yes, under certain conditions. The activity should be: open to the public free (no donations, purchases or sales pitches required) educational or family friendly • If the activity meets these criteria, send the information to the director.
