In fact winning ArtDesigns, PromoPhotos and PromoVideos are determined by a combination of voting results and where they are coming from, participant comments and where they are coming from, Shicon’s staff and possibly guest judges. Final judgment is about original and innovative icon designs. Just remember that Shicon has the option to buy all submitted ArtDesigns, PromoPhotos and PromoVideos for a period of 90 days from the date of submission. This means that during this period you may not reproduce, sell or submit the same ArtDesign to others for commercial purposes .
