PA CleanWays Adoption Program is a way for caring individuals and groups to “adopt” local areas they care about and help to keep them clean. The Adoption Program is an option for most locally maintained roadways, greenways, city blocks, communities, and other public spaces. It’s a proven to be an effective way to address persistent dumping and littering and to help keep those areas trash-free.
