YES, The Access Roll-up Cover comes with the new thumb dialers. Simply turn the dial with your thumb to fine-tune the cover tension. The LiteRider has clamp adjustable tension. The tension is adjusted by loosening the front bar clamp with a 9/16″ wrench and moving the front bar forward or backward to adjust the tension and then tightening up the clamp again.
