Can I adjust the Left Ear or Right Ear Balance Control?
Yes, the balance control is located on the back of the Headset. Use the tiny black screw driver, referred to as the balance tool, that came with your TV Ears to adjust the balance control. You can also use a small standard household mini screw driver to adjust the balance control.The balance tool can only be used on the Original , Professional , and Home Theatre models. Can I wash the Ear Tips or replace them? Only the silicone ear tips may be washed using warm water and dish soap or rubbing alcohol. We recommend replacing the disposable foam TV Ears Tips every 30 – 60 days for hygiene purposes. TV Ears Tips can be purchased through your local dealer or by calling 1-888-TV3-EARS. The Ear Tips feel tight or too big for my Ears? As you may have noticed the Bow Arms on the Headset are flexible and can be made wider to reduce “pressure” on your ears. Gently spread the upper section of the bow arms using your left and right hand and “spread” the bow arms outward a few times until you notice
