Can I add objects such as (Flash) animations or movie clips to a newsletter?
No, but there is a way around this! Within our application you are only able to place static visual objects such as jpegs, gifs, pngs and PDF’s. The objects that you are able to add to your newsletter are presented as icons in the tool bar at the top of your page. Even if you embed the code from a YouTube video into the HTML of the newsletter, and it appears in the preview pane, it will not appear in your newsletter at send time. But, if you are desperate to have your subscribers watch a video, then simply take a screenshot of the video, make it a Jpeg and upload the image to your newsletter. Then, link the jpeg to the actual video you have embedded into your website.
