Can I add new reports to the Client Care System?
A. No. There is no provision in CCS to modify or add new reports. This is another serious limitation to CCS. The only solution at this time is to purchase a commercial Report Writer such as R & R Report Writer or Crystal Reports to write your own reports. For those of you with more advanced computer skills, you can also use Microsoft Access to import or link to CCS tables and create your own reports.
