Can I add my older YesDVD videos to my Memory Manager?
Since the online video files are created at the time of transfer, YesDVDs that were produced before MemorySafe cannot be automatically added to your Memory Manager. If you would like to add older YesDVDs to your Memory Manager, you must resubmit the original media (your tapes, reels, etc.) to the retail store to process as a brand new order. The new order will produce the online video files and unique Screening Room Code needed for MemorySafe access.
