If your AT&T PrePaid Internet account is at a zero balance and has not expired, then you will need to call Customer Service at 1-888-671-2391 and use the “Add Minutes” prompt, followed by another “Add Minutes” prompt and then a “Refill” prompt, and then a Customer Service representative will help you.
