Can I add frozen whole cranberries to my muffin mix?
They may not pop, but they’ll still be delicious. I’d add 2 cups unless you’re also adding nuts. Then I’d use a cup of each. Oatmeal muffins are so good and the cranberries and/or nuts will go well with the oatmeal. Does your recipe recommend putting a few oatmeal flakes on the top before baking? I always do – it not only looks nice, but then you know what type of muffin you’re getting if you have more than one type.
