Pineapple contains the enzyme Bromelain and Paw Paw the enzyme Papain. In their raw forms, these will break down the gelatin structure in your Create-a-Jelly (and all jellies) so it will not set. Canned pineapple juice is fine however, as it has been heated and the enzymes are destroyed.
