Can I add additional passengers to an existing air, car, or hotel booking?
We will be glad to assist you in adding additional travelers to your reservations when possible. In some cases we will need to create a new reservation for the new travelers. Rules and processes vary by product. Tours: For additions to your tours, please go on-line and use our support form to submit the request. Hotel: For additions to your hotel reservation you will need to book a new reservation if you require additional rooms. If you have an additional person to stay in your room and you are not exceeding the hotel maximum of guests per room in most cases you can notify the hotel at check in. Car: For additions to your car reservation you do not need to make any changes. If you wish to add someone, just use our support form to inform us.
It is not possible to add additional passengers to an existing air, car, or hotel reservation either on-line or by phone. Air For additions to your air reservation please go on-line and create a new reservation for your additional passenger (do not cancel your existing reservation). Once completed you will be able to adjust seat assignments directly with the airline or with our care center. Hotel For additions to your hotel reservation you will need to book a new reservation if you require additional rooms. If you have an additional person to stay in your room and you are not exceeding the hotel maximum of guests per room in most cases you can notify the hotel at check in. Car For additions to your car reservation you do not need to make any changes. If you wish to add someone as an additional driver you may do this when you pick up the car.
