Can I add a field or change the size of a field to accommodate more information?
The SmartLaser application does not allow users to add or modify fields on forms in order to preserve the integrity of the individual forms as well as the case database. If you find a specific form that consistently doesn’t allow enough space for your data, please contact CEB Technical Support and the form will be forwarded to the production team for evaluation and possible modification.
