Can I activate network monitor for newer Nokias beginning with 6310, 3410, 6310i, 3510 etc?
10.03A. Such operation is prohibited by Nokia. If you need Network Monitor for newer Nokia models, you should contact local Nokia branch and provide official request from your company (which should be cellular network connection or service provider), and corresponding certificate, diplomas and licenses, which should ratify your qualification. As we know, in this case local Nokia branch could change your phone to the same with Network Monitor on for additional price. If you still need Network Monitor and you cannot provide such data, we can recommend to use older models: 6210 or 5130, for example.
