Yes. You can disable your Touareg with a VAG-COM by running an Output Test (function 03) on the Airbag Controller. This output test simulates getting into an accident. The Touareg will not deploy its airbags, but it will do everything else that would norm ally occur after an accident, including opening a battery isolation switch that supplies power to the engine management system and the fuel pump. It is possible that there are other things you can do to your Touareg with a VAG-COM that will disable the vehicle.
