Can I access the UOB VPN from Cherry Court or Blenheim Court?

These two Bristol student residences are run and managed by Unite PLC, and let direct to students from UWE & Bristol – there is no University of Bristol involvment and no ResNet service available. They do have their own form of Internet access available. Initial suggestions are that the Internet access there uses a form of NAT (Network Address Translation) which doesn’t work with the UOB VPN. Please contact Unite with any queries.
