Can I access the campus-wide Butler address book in Bluemail?
Yes! The entire Butler address book is searchable from the Address Book and Message Composition screens. When composing a message, click on the “Address” icon across the top. This will, by default, access the Personal Address Book. To access Butler’s campus-wide address book, click “Search,” which should display a new window. Pull down the menu labeled “Search Personal Address Book” and select “Search Butler University.” This will then allow for queries of the campus wide address book.
