Can I access Active Trader Pro, Wealth-Lab Pro, or OptionTrader Pro via a cellular or satellite connection?
To achieve optimal performance, we recommend using a hard line connection, such as Cable Modem, DSL, or Fiber Internet, when accessing Fidelity’s active trader platforms. If you are using a cellular or satellite internet connection to access our trading software, you may experience some interruption in streaming data. User Tip: For users on a Sprint or Verizon Cellular Modem, you may need to take extra steps in order to receive streaming market data. Verizon: Please refer to the Venturi Compression Software User Guide and turn off the compression software. Please contact Verizon technical support if you need additional assistance in turning off the compression software. Sprint: At this time, Sprint does not have a mechanism to turn off compression. Please contact Sprint technical support at 1-800-639-6111. They will be able to assist you in turning compression off for your account.
