Can I access account information about my subordinate loan(s) through the voice response unit?

No. The voice response unit is only tied to information on first mortgages serviced by CalHFA. When calling in using the toll free “800” number, do not make a selection, your call will automatically be forwarded to a Customer Service Representative.
