Can I accept the CIS Summer Study Grant in addition to another summer award?
Students may not request (or receive, if a CIS Summer Study Grant is awarded) support for living expenses during a period when they are receiving stipend support from other sources. If an award is received from other sources after notification of a CIS Summer Study Grant, students must contact CIS and withdraw their request. If the CIS Summer Study Grant request included support for non-stipend expenses, such as travel, these expenses may still be covered, but students must check first with Casey Johnson, the CIS Fellowship Coordinator.
