PayPal Pro is currently available only to U.S.-based merchants (processing payments in US$) and UK-based merchants (processing payments in UK) but supports buyers from over 50 countries (incl. Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Canada, Australia and the UK). A complete list of countries may be viewed in the PayPal Pro Integration Guide at https://www.paypal.com/en_US/pdf/PP_WebsitePaymentsPro_IntegrationGuide.pdf. The buyer is invoiced in his/her local currency which is translated by the bank that has issued the card from the US$ purchase price charged by the merchant.
