A. Yes, but there is a standard hazardous material charge (currently $20.00) per case, plus freight, that is charged by UPS. If sufficient quantities are ordered at the same time to the same destination, it becomes more economical to ship by common carrier. HYPOCHLOR cartridges are restricted to ground transportation only (no overnight air shipments).
