Yes. Heat them in a 700 watt microwave (or less) for approximately 30 seconds. You can heat them right in the pack, just don’t forget to open the resealable tab to let any steam escape. If you’re unsure of the power of your microwave, heat them in 10 second bursts and test for warmth after each 10 seconds.
