No. QUIKRETE® Hydraulic Water-Stop is to be mixed to a putty like consistency and inserted into cracks greater than 1/4″ wide. Use a product like QUIKWALL® Surface Bonding Cement or QUIKRETE® Heavy Duty Masonry Coating to cover and seal hairline cracks.
