Can HS be treated just by eating right?
My theory and treatment plan relies on the notion that HS is a symptom of a Candida overgrowth, so the question is “can Candida be treated by just eating right?”. There is a “Candida Diet” that is mentioned all over the web, and it is said to be able to cure a Candida overgrowth. I have added this diet to my research list. It probably comes from a book called “The Yeast Connection” by William Crook, MD, published in 1983. I have found a link to one “Candida Diet” and will list it on my Links page. I applaud anyone who has the willpower and all to go through with this diet. It may work, but I can not speak from experience. I designed my personal treatment plan around things that will bring fast results and won’t require major changes in my life. But on the bright side, since I have been treating myself I no longer crave sweets, carbs or alcohol like I used to. I would love to hear from anyone who has tried the Candida diet, and what their results were.
