it can if the printer and the laptop both have bluetooth if not you could get a wireless usb connector and connect them to the printer and the laptop

Only if the laptop and the printer are Bluetooth capable. You can check to see if your laptop has Bluetooth capability by going to “Device Manager” and open up system devices. If you see Bluetooth there, then it’s installed on your laptop. A printer will usually have the Bluetooth label on the front of the printer. I don’t believe the HP Laserjet 4100 has Bluetooth installed.
