Students may cancel after the deadline as indicated in their residence license and receive their deposit ONLY if they are withdrawing from the University. A copy of the withdrawal form must be attached to the cancellation form. Students that choose to move off campus and are not withdrawing from the University will forfeit their deposits after the deadline has passed. Students may request an official release from their housing contract up until the official check in date determined by their license for the academic semester. Once the Residence Halls or Apartments officially open, students will be liable for their contract.
