Can Homoeopathy and Allopathy be taken together?
In most cases Homoeopathic medicines can easily be taken along with Allopathic medicines, in fact patients undergoing treatment for some organic diseases like ‘Diabetes’, ‘Thyrotoxicosis’, etc are advised not to withdraw the allopathic medicine immediately . In fact in a few cases, a joint therapy is seen to produce better result than both the individual modes of treatment. As Homeopathy acts through the body’s natural immune responses , it should not be taken along with those Allopathic medicines that cause Immunosuppression E.g Steroids or Antibiotics .
