Can home school students participate in the online program?

0

Any student may participate, however, any student who is enrolled either part or full-time in a private school (which includes, but is not limited to a program which charges tuition and conducts classes in core subjects during the traditional school day) or another public school may not concurrently enroll in GVVCS. Any student with a transcript from a non-accredited high school will need to demonstrate proficiency in any course for which credit was awarded prior to GVVCS recognizing it. Before GVVCS will recognize the credits, students from non-accredited high schools (including homeschooled students) will be required to take proficiency exams and/or complete a portfolio to document previously completed work.
