I don’t know if this is an option for you but… If she is 15 then the courts should ask her who she wants to stay with. You may want to make room for her in her home and speak to her and her father to see if you can come up with some kind of arrangement. The courts may possibly consider letting her stay with you, while her father has legal custody. Obviously you don’t want her to stay with her drug addicted mother, this may be an option that her dad may consider. Also, I would check with an attorney regarding Grandparents rights down there in florida. Since from what I’ve read that are better then most other states. Good luck!
