Cellartis have long experience with setting up and optimizing different culture conditions for hES cells. In the laboratories of Cellartis, hES cells are successfully cultured on human feeder cells and in feeder free culture systems. However, Cellartis strongly recommends customers to initiate their hES cell cultures using recommended mEF provided by ATTC.
