can he reapply to enter the US under due to extreme hardship on our family (2 kids)?
the hardship includes continued need for surgeries i’ve had 3 major reconstructive surguries the last 12 months and i am scheduled to go back to Oper room in the next 2-3 months – each time i am hospitalized i have to make arrangements for our 11 and 5 yr olds and they always have anxiety over losing mom and not having dad to take care of them; i lose income, also i am not out of “danger” i must be in remission 5+ yrs before i can be declared “cancer free” and just knowing that Farrah Fawcett passed even after being declared free of cancer gives me more anxiety – i have the same cancer as she did; and the 11yr old has depression issues and is in therapy since approx 5 yrs old – when dad was deported – thank you for your reply it is very much appreciated – sorry i didnt mention the thank you inthe first reply i was focused on answering your question
