Can he prove I am an unfit Mom?
Unfortunately our judicial system is so blind that you have to catch him in the act. Personally I would beg, borrow, and steal to get some kind of recording device, yes like spies use, to put on my daughter for every visitation. I would tell my daughter to be brave and get the evidence we need so that she never has to go with him again. Let him try to prove that you are an unfit mother. Cooperate fully with that investigation and even offer more than is expected like blood for a blood test or urine for a whiz quiz. He would have to have some really hard evidence against you in order to prove that you are unfit. When he appears in front of the judge with no proof that you are unfit along with your daughter’s testimony, you will be giggling on your way out of the courtroom.
First, figure out what your question is. If you want to ask what someone can prove, then mention what evidence that person has. You said nothing about WHY you are alleged to be unfit. If you want to ask about what you can do to protect your daughter, ask that. The most common is that you seek to change custody so as to allow only visitation that is supervised by a social worker. BTW, these sort of pissing matches are terrible for the kids. Get a shrink to help.
