Can having a Libra moon influence someones total personality, more so than their Gemini sun?
The Moon is just as important as the Sun in the chart, and depending on aspects and placement, can be more prominent than the Sun. With Virgo Rising, your Moon might also be in the 1st house, which could make it especially important in how you come across. With Libra in your emotions, it is important for you to balance things out, so while your outer personality may be that of a Gemini, and the way people see you may be that of a Virgo, your inner needs are that of a Libra. I have Libra Sun and a lot of Libra in my chart, but often my Libra Moon friends come off as more Libran than I do.
