Yes. Hakatai 3/4″ tile is commonly used in swimming pools, as well as other water immersed applications. Please note that many variables affect the outcome of glass mosaic tile installations in water immersed applications: Skill of installer, type of setting material used, amount of setting material applied, weather conditions at time of installation, amount of curing time allowed before water immersion takes place.
