Can hair follicles on the testicles get bigger?
The male body has loads of hair follicles; just rub your hand over your body and you’ll feel hair. Yes, hair will grow on the testicles, above the penis, and eventually (maybe) on the penis as you get into your 20’s and above. Simply scissor the hair off where you don’t want it. If scissors are not enough, consider shaving it off with beard/mustache trimmer (found in many electronic sales shelves in stores).
