Gutter Genius DIY has been successfully installed on asphalt roofs, cement tiles, metal roofs and wood shake shingles. We do recommend that extra care be taken when installing Gutter Genius DIY under cement tiles. In some cases, the upper area of the panel may need to be cut or notched out to work around nails near the eave. Gutter Genius DIY also works well on steep roof lines.
