Can guinea pigs live outside all year round if they have lots of warm bedding?
Guinea pigs need to live indoors. Domesticated guinea pigs are not meant to live outdoors, they are susceptible to getting colds from the weather, plus there are alot of hazards out there like dogs, cats, big birds like hawks and falcons that can kill them. They also can get heat stroke if it’s too hot and the sun definitely isn’t good for them either.
