Can groups of people submit a video essay?
Groups are just fine; we recognize that it’s very difficult to star in your own video while holding the camera. You’ll notice that the submission form has room for multiple partners. Keep in mind that any prize is divided equally among the partners on the submission form. If there are two of you and the prize is $500 then the prize is $250 each, etc. We have set no legal limit, so if someone sends in a submission with ten partners then we would distribute $50 to each of the ten partners, but we expect the groups will be smaller than that.
