Can group developmental processes influence teamwork satisfaction and performance in the online collaboration context?.
The purpose of this study is to seek greater clarity in our understanding of teamwork processes that have impacts in teamwork satisfaction and performance. The researchers will investigate and observe how team members’ relationships and group dynamics are built over time based on the four stages of Tuckman’s theoretical model (forming, storming, norming, and performing) of group development.
