Can Grogans ship out orders COD?

Short: Yes, via UPS, with the additional UPS COD charge added to the order. Long: UPS is our only method to send an order out COD and they only accept cashier’s checks or money orders for payment. We cannot ship COD to anywhere outside the continental United States.
