No, Greyhounds are not the type of breed that can live outside. It is important to understand that Greyhounds do not have that much body fat, the least of any breed, and do not have the coat to handle different weather. On the track Greyhounds live inside in a kennel so they are used to life inside. Greyhounds need to live indoors and if you are looking for an outdoor dog, this is not the breed for you.
