Can Greek organizations tailgate in their Loy Center houses?
Tailgating is not permitted in the Loy Center, as per the Office of Greek Life. What is the alcohol policy? Alcohol (beer and wine) will be allowed in the tailgating area. No common containers (keg, party balls, wine casks, etc.) will be allowed. Groups are responsible for making sure that only those 21 years old and older consume alcohol. Groups are also personally responsible for making sure that their guests act appropriately. Inappropriate behavior by a guest may result in that person being removed (and facing campus and legal charges) and the group’s tailgating privileges being suspended. All beverages, including alcohol, must be in opaque cups.
