Select the Embed TrueType fonts check box. The method for embedding fonts in a PDF will differ depending on how you create the PDF. Some fonts may not embed properly causing the committee to be unable to read the document if they dont have the font, so if in doubt, you should use common fonts that everyone will have preferably Times New Roman or Arial.
