Greece is a town in NY. But I thought only State Police could pull people over on a State Parkway. Jurisdiction is determined by geographic boundaries, not the type of roadway. As long as the road runs through their jurisdiction, they can enforce traffic law there. They type of roadway only identifies who is responsible for maintenance, not who can patrol.
