Can greasy hair cause spotty skin?
As a teenager I was always told by my mum that hair flopping on my face would aggravate my spots, but I didn’t believe her. When I asked the doctor about this she agreed with my mum – she advised I keep my long hair tied back, I did notice an improvement when I did this. It could be grease (& the germs that accumulate on it) is transferred, or in my case (my hair was washed daily) irritation caused by hair causing my skin to break out.
