Can grants be multi-year?
Institutional Capitalization grants may indeed be multi-year. Kresge recognizes that some projects may require a multi-year commitment and take several years to fully achieve. There are instances, however, where a project may span a number of years but require a one-time investment from Kresge. The foundation asks that applicants evaluate and request the most effective form of a Kresge grant (that is, single or multi-year) and provide an explanation in the grant application narrative of how the grant will effectively support the proposed project.
