A.The powers to issue notices to remove graffiti relate specifically to those responsible for street furniture, statutory transport and educational institutions. With regard to private shops and houses, Local Authorities may wish to consider alternative enforcement action in terms of working with the Police and Community Wardens to identify and take action against the persons responsible for the graffiti.
