Government employees may purchase IBM Education Pack – online accounts at the list price. IBM Education Pack – online account purchases do not have GSA pricing discounts. If government customers use the IBM Education Pack – online account for payments, vouchers must be created for the offering’s list price. IBM Education Pack – online account is a discount product and only one discount can apply.
